Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chibi Krishna AI ("the app," "we," "us"), developed by Vageshwar. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
What the app is
Chibi Krishna AI is an animated AI avatar inspired by Krishna and the Bhagavad Gita — a companion for sharing joy and Gita-inspired wisdom in Hindi and English, by voice or text. It is:
- not a living guru, religious authority, or ordained teacher,
- not a substitute for temple, family, or professional clinicians,
- not able to give medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
If you ask, the app will say plainly that it's an AI avatar, not a real person or deity. This is a deliberate design choice, not a bug — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle the underlying data.
Who can use the app
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older (devotees, parents, and families). It is not part of Google Play's Families program and is not directed specifically at children, though a parent or guardian may choose to use it together with a child.
AI-generated responses
Spoken and typed questions are answered by a Google Gemini AI model (see Privacy Policy for what data that involves). AI-generated responses:
- are meant as gentle, thematic reflections on the Gita's broad ideas (duty, devotion, evenness of mind) in the app's own words — not verbatim scripture, verse citations, or scholarly translation,
- may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you expected — this is a known limitation of AI language models, not a guarantee of theological or factual correctness,
- are not a substitute for professional guidance. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact a trusted person, a local emergency number, or a counseling helpline — the app will also show this information on-screen when it detects such a conversation, but it is not a crisis service itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that harms, harasses, or endangers others,
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract credentials from, or interfere with the app's underlying services (including its AI, advertising, or analytics integrations),
- use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the app at a scale beyond normal personal use,
- misrepresent the app's AI-generated responses as those of a real religious authority.
We may suspend or restrict access for use that violates these Terms.
No account, no purchases
The app does not require an account, sign-up, or login. There are no in-app purchases — the app is free to use and supported by ads (Google AdMob) and an entirely voluntary "Support Chibi Krishna AI" option. Any prompt to support the app is always in the publisher's own voice, never presented as Krishna himself asking for money — this is intentional and locked.
Third-party services
The app relies on a few third-party services to function, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy:
- Google Gemini (via Firebase AI Logic) — generates the app's spoken/text responses.
- Google AdMob — serves the app's ads.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, App Check) — app stability and anonymous usage measurement.

Intellectual property
The Krishna character rig ("KrishnaJI") is used under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, credited to creator ar.akash — see the in-app About screen for the full attribution and link. All other app content, design, and original Gita-inspired paraphrases are owned by the app's developer. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the app or its content without permission.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Chibi Krishna AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated responses. The app is offered for entertainment and reflective/spiritual-wellness purposes only.
Changes to the app or these Terms
Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. If these Terms change materially, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local law provides otherwise for consumer protection purposes.
